Mexico 2009 UFO

I've watched it a couple of times, but don't have a clue what the object is. Rocket? Meteor? UFO? It reminds me a bit of that footage taken in Norway where a strange light was seen in the sky, a day later Russia acknowledged launching a missile that went out of control after first denying it.
