Years back I saw these pictures on the website UFOEvidence.org and they are quite fascinating. Nobody seems to know who made them and where. There is some information but it's sketchy at best. What's interesting to note is the similarity with the Ed Walters photographs and the Canaima UFO picture from 1990. Ed Walters received a lot of criticism and was more or less branded a fraud. Not many people seem to realise that he even had better footage then the pictures that were so much discredited. Jeff Ritzmann who investigated the Walters case explains a bit more in this thread.
The name Jack Nethering is apparent on the photographs and a Google search brings up yet another set of photographs of a different type of UFO. While Mr. Nethering denies any direct involvement with the photographs displayed above, it's rather remarkable that he seems to be involved on two occasions with pictures having a connection to other cases. Not sure what to make of that at this time.
